NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF FOND DU LAC, FOND DU LAC COUNTY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 14^th day of September, 2026, at 6:00pm, at the Town of Fond du Lac Town Hall, W5990 W Pioneer Road, the Town of Fond du Lac Town Board will conduct a public hearing on possible amendments to the Town’s zoning ordinance that, if approved, would have the effect of allowing the construction of accessory buildings in front and side yards in certain districts upon the issuance of a special exception. The hearing is open to the public, and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. The Town Board may take final action on the proposed amendments at its regular September business meeting, which will immediately follow the public hearing.
