PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF FOND DU LAC 
FOND DU LAC COUNTY

The Town of Fond du Lac Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
on July 10, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, Fond
du Lac, WI to review the request of Charlene Roen to rezone her
property from AG to RR.  At the request of the Town Board some
adjoining properties are included in the review.
Location of the property is the NE1/4 of Section 7, T15N-R17E
including all of the E ½ of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, T15N-R17 East and
also the East 250’ of the S 233’ of the SW ¼ of the NE 1/3 of Section
1, T15N-R17E said parcel contains 83.4 acres of land more or less. 
Town Board members may be present at this meeting.

On July 23, 2007 at 7:00 pm the Town Board will hold a Public Hearing
at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, Fond du Lac, WI to review the
rezoning request.  Immediately following the Public Hearing, the Town
Board will convene a Special Town Board Hearing to take action on the
rezoning request.
