September 23, 2009 Water Utility Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


	PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 23, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Town of Fond du Lac Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, Fond du Lac,
Wisconsin, the Town Board of the Town of Fond du Lac (“Town”) will
hold a public hearing regarding the special assessments proposed to be
levied for payment of the cost for the Town of Fond du Lac
Distribution System Improvements and Brown Road Transmission Main (the
“Project”).  The assessment area is located in Sections 7, 8, 17, 18,
19, 20 and 30 of Town 15 North, Range 17 East in the Town of Fond du
Lac. 

	The Project consists of construction of potable water transmission
mains, potable water distribution mains, water services, and related
improvements.  All affected property owners, their agents or
attorneys, may be heard at the public hearing.  Written comments from
persons unable to attend the public hearing will be considered at the
hearing.

	The full Report of Special Assessments prepared by the Town’s
engineer, Kaempfer & Associates, Inc., identifying the proposed
construction, the estimated project costs and the proposed special
assessments for all affected property owners will be on file with the
Town Clerk, Patti Supple, N5256 County Road V, Fond du Lac, WI  54935,
Phone: 920-923-1327.  The Report may be inspected by arrangement with
the Town Clerk.  The Report is also being sent to affected property
owners.

	At a meeting of the Town Board following the public hearing on the
date set forth above, the Board may, in its discretion, issue a Final
Resolution determining to proceed with the project and levying the
proposed special assessments.
