TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY The Town of Fond du Lac Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 8, 2009 immediately following the 7:00 pm Planning Meeting at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, Fond du Lac, WI to review the request of Commonwealth Real Estate Investments, LLC to rezone the property at N4998 County K from AG to R and to review a concept plan for the property. At the request of the Town Board some adjoining properties are included in the review for rezoning. LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE PARCEL OF LANDS BEING REZONED ON CTH “K”. Being a part of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4, the SE1/4 of the NE1/4, the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 and the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 all in Section 36, T15N-R17E, Town of Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the NE1/4 of Section 36, T15N-R17E; thence southerly along the east line of said NE1/4 of Section 36 a distance of 2,641.7’ more of less to northeast corner of the SE1/4 of Section 36; thence southerly along the east line of said SE1/4 of Section 36 a distance of 2,623.7’ more or less to the SE corner of Section 36; thence westerly along the south line of Section 36 a distance of 300’; thence northerly and parallel to the east line of the SE1/4 of Section 36 a distance of 690.3’, more of less; thence westerly 37.3’, more of less; thence northerly 29.4’; thence westerly 294.1’, more of less; thence southerly 59.9’, more of less; thence westerly 35.2’, more of less; thence northerly 655.2’, more or less to a point on the south line of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 36, T15N-R17E; thence westerly along said south line of NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 36, T15N-R17E a distance of 697.9’ to the southwest corner of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4, Section 36, T15N-R17E; thence northerly along the west line of said NE1/4 of the SE1/4, Section 36, T15N-R17E a distance of 1,321.7’, more or less to the northwest corner of said NE1/4 of the SE1/4, Section 36, T15N-R17E; thence easterly along the north line of said NE1/4 of the SE1/4, Section 36, T15N-R17E a distance of 1,012.4’ more or less to a point 300’ west of the north-south section line; thence northerly along a line being 300’ west of and parallel to the east line of the NE1/4 of Section 36, T15N-R17E a distance of 2,641.6’, more of less to a point on the north line of the NE1/4 of Section 36, T15N-R17E; thence easterly along the north line of NE1/4 of Section 36, T15N-R17E 300’, more or less to the place of beginning; said parcel to be rezoned contains 72.3 acres of land more or less. Town Board members may be present at this meeting. On April 13, 2009 at 7:00 pm the Town Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, Fond du Lac, WI to review the rezoning request.
