Public Hearing to Review the Rezoning from Agricultural to Residential

of Property Along County K in the Town of Fond du Lac
(See legal description below.) 

TOWN BOARD MONTHLY  MEETING 
(to commence immediately following Public Hearing)

1.	Meeting called to order.  Roll call.  Confirmation of open meeting
notice.
2.	Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting.
3.	Public comments.
4.	Discussion and possible action to review the rezoning from
Agricultural to 	Residential of property along County K in the Town of
Fond du Lac, described as 	follows:  Being a part of the NE ј of the
NE ј, the SE ј of the NE ј, the NE 1/4 of 	the SE ј and the SE ј of
the SE ј all in Section 36, T15N-R17E, Town of Fond du 	Lac, Fond du
Lac County, Wisconsin.
5.	Discussion and possible action regarding Town Water Utility
projects:

		(a)  	Discussion and possible action on Agreement for Engineering
Services 		with Kaempfer & Associates, Inc. for Brown Road
Transmission 			Main Extension;
		(b)	Discussion and possible action on Contract Revision No. 5 to
				Agreement for Engineering Services with Kaempfer & Associates,
			Inc. for Water System Improvements;
		(c)	Status report on Water System Improvements project; 
		(d)	Status report on Fire Protection Fee; 
		(e)	Update on Special Assessments for Water System Improvements
			project.

6.	Discussion regarding Clary/Mathweg fence line dispute.
7.	Discussion and possible action regarding amendment of Development
Agreement for Esterbrook Estates Addition I.
8.	Discussion and possible action regarding resolution requesting
Federal assistance for pending water projects.
9.	Review status of pending projects/negotiations/meetings attended.
10.	Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters.
11.	Review of Annexations.
12.	Update on road projects.
13.	Approval of Certified Surveys and Plats.
14.	License Approvals (liquor license, etc.).
15.	Sanitary District Reports and Sewer Projects.
16.	Chairman’s/Clerk’s/Supervisor’s correspondence and meetings.
