TOWN BOARD MONTHLY  MEETING AGENDA

1.	Meeting called to order.  Roll call.  Confirmation of open meeting
notice.
2.	Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting.
3.	Public comments.
4.	Discussion and possible action regarding Town Water Utility
projects:
	
(a)	adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the Town of Fond du Lac to
Borrow the Sum of $3,190,000 By Issuing General Obligation Refunding
Bonds Pursuant to Section 67.04 of the Wisconsin Statutes and
Authorizing the Sale of the Bonds;
(b)	review and approval of engineer’s Report of Special Assessments
for Industrial Park Transmission Main project and direct
Clerk/Attorney to issue legal notice for hearing on October 28, 2008;
(c)	review and approval of schedule for Industrial Park Transmission
Main Public Special Assessment work;
(d)	update on Industrial Park Transmission Main project;			 
(e)	review and approval of special assessment policy for Water System
Improvements project;
	(f)	update on Distribution System Improvements project; and
(g)	review and approval of Change Order E1600802-01 for roadway
crossing revisions.	

5.	Update on Fond du Lac County Wausau-Everest Sanitary Sewer and
Water Main Extension project.
6.	Discussion and possible action regarding wages and retirement
compensation for roadmen.
7.	Discussion and possible action regarding renaming a portion of Old
Highway 151 to Hawes Court.	
8.	Review status of pending projects/negotiations.
	(a)	Report on other meetings attended, if any.
9.	Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters.
10.	Review of Annexations.
11.	Update on road projects.
12.	Approval of Certified Surveys and Plats.
13.	License Approvals (liquor license, etc.).
14.	Sanitary District Reports and Sewer Projects.
15.	Chairman’s/Clerk’s/Supervisor’s correspondence and meetings.
