1. Meeting called to order. Roll call. Confirmation of open meeting
notice.
2. Discussion and possible action regarding approval of operator’s
license.
3. Discussion and possible action expressing support for the Highway
151 Bypass Middle Alternative Option A3.
4. Action regarding rescheduling November Board meeting from November
10 to November 3.
5. Discussion and possible actions regarding Town Water Utility
projects:
(a) Presentation by Ehlers & Associates (Dave Wagner) on the updated
water utility financing plan.
(b) Status report on siting of water tower and allocation of
additional costs due to relocation of site.
(c) Update on Industrial park Transmission Main project.
(d) Update on Distribution System Improvements project.
(e) Finalize assessment criteria for Industrial Park Transmission
Main project; further discussion of special assessments for
Distribution System Improvements project.
6. Update on Fond du Lac County Wausau-Everest Sanitary Sewer and
Water Main Extensions project.
7. Discussion and possible action on contract revision to authorize
Kaempfer & Associates, Inc. to retain MES, Inc. as soils and materials
testing subconsultant.
8. Adjournment.
