Discussion and possible action regarding proposed amendments to Zoning Ordinance regarding revisions to the minimum parcel size in Exclusive Agricutural and AT Zoning Districts, amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding restrictions on utility/accessory buildings in Residential District and the adoption of a swimming pool ordinance. 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Earth Tech contract proposal regarding storm water issues. 6. Status report on proposed expansion of water system on the west side of Town; discussion and possible action regarding: (a) new development impact fee ordinance; (b) amendment to North Fond du Lac Water Services Agreement; and 7.
