Public Hearing To Receive Comments on Proposed Amendments to Zoning
Ordinance
Regarding Revisions to the Minimum Parcel Size in Exclusive
Agricultural and AT Zoning Districts, Amendments to the Zoning
Ordinance Regarding Restrictions on Utility/Accessory Buildings in
Residential Districts 
and the Adoption of a Swimming Pool Ordinance

TOWN BOARD MONTHLY  MEETING AGENDA
(to commence immediately following public hearing)

1.	Meeting called to order.  Roll call.  Confirmation of open meeting
notice.
2.	Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting.
3.	Public comments.
4.	Discussion and possible action regarding proposed amendments to
Zoning 	Ordinance regarding revisions to the minimum parcel size in
Exclusive Agricutural 	and AT Zoning Districts, amendments to the
Zoning Ordinance regarding 	restrictions on utility/accessory
buildings in Residential District and the adoption of 	a swimming pool
ordinance. 
5.	Discussion and possible action regarding Earth Tech contract
proposal regarding 		storm 	water issues.	
6.	Status report on proposed expansion of water system on the west
side of Town; discussion and possible action regarding:

	(a)	new development impact fee ordinance; 
	(b)	amendment to North Fond du Lac Water Services Agreement; and
	
7.	Review status of pending projects/negotiations.

	(a)	Status report on 151 Bypass.
	(b)	Report on other meetings attended, if any.
	
8.	Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters.
9.	Review of Annexations.
10.	Update on road projects.
11.	Approval of Certified Surveys and Plats.
12.	License Approvals (liquor license, etc.).
13.	Sanitary District Reports and Sewer Projects.
14.	Chairman’s/Clerk’s/Supervisor’s correspondence and meetings.
15.	Financial Report and Payment of Bills.
16.	Adjournment.
