Status report on proposed expansion of water system on the west side of Town; discussion and possible action regarding: (a) new development impact fee ordinance; (b) amendment to North Fond du Lac Water Services Agreement; and (c) amendment to contract with Kemper & Associates, Inc. for engineering concerning proposed County Airport Industrial Park. 6. Review status of pending projects/negotiations. (a) Discussion and possible action regarding County Airport Industrial Park; update on water system improvements project.
