Review and possible action regarding enforcement of Zoning Ordinance against Ben’s Budget Cab. 5. Discussion and possible action on intergovernmental agreement with City of Fond du Lac regarding the provision of emergency services in U.S. Highway 41 corridor. 6. Review Town position regarding DOT proposals for 151 Bypass. 7. Review and possible action to approve amendment to Kaempfer & Associates contract for water system improvements. 8. Status report on proposed expansion of water system on the west side of Town; discussion and possible action regarding: (a) new development impact fee ordinance; and (c) amendment to North Fond du Lac Water Services Agreement; 9.
