TOWN OF FOND DU LAC TOWN HALL – PIONEER ROAD FOND DU LAC, WISCONSIN February 11, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. TOWN BOARD MONTHLY MEETING AGENDA The Town Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall on Pioneer Road to discuss the rezoning of approximately 35 acres of property on Forest Avenue from commercial and residential to industrial. Immediately following the public hearing the Town Board will convene to its monthly meeting. 1. Meeting called to order. Roll call. Confirmation of open meeting notice. 2. Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting. 3. Public comments. 4. Discussion of possible rezoning of approximately 35 acres on Forest Avenue from commercial and residential to industrial. 5. Review status of pending projects/negotiations. (a) Status report on water tower project. (b) Review/discussion of Fondy Sports Complex development agreement. (c) Report on other meetings attended, if any. 6. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters. 7. Review of Annexations. 8. Update on road projects. 9. Approval of Certified Surveys and Plats. 10. License Approvals (liquor license, etc.). 11. Sanitary District Reports and Sewer Projects. 12. Chairman’s/Clerk’s/Supervisor’s correspondence and meetings. 13. Financial Report and Payment of Bills. 14. Adjournment
