COMMERCIAL LOCATED WEST OF ESTERBROOK ROAD 
AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 23 (STREBLOW PROPERTY)
(Regular Town Board Meeting will follow immediately after public
hearing.)

notice.  
2.	Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting.
3.	Public comments.
4.	Action on application to rezone property from Agricultural to
Commercial located west of Esterbrook Road and north of Highway 23
(Streblow property).
5.	Discussion and possible action regarding discontinuing portions of
Garden Drive in conjunction with US-151/Winnebago Drive project.
6.	Discussion and possible action to approve continuation of emergency
medical services agreement with Village of North Fond du Lac.
7.	Discussion and possible action appointing poll workers for 2008
elections.
8.	Discussion and possible action regarding transfer of funds from
general to roads/bridges/culverts fund.
9.	Discussion and possible action on requests for proposals to rent
Town park land.
10.	Review status of pending projects/negotiations.

	(a)	Status report on water tower project.
	(b)	Status report on HNTB noise study along 151.
	(c)	Status report of development agreement with Mashuda Contractors,
Inc.
	(d)	Status report regarding Fondy Sports Complex operating noise
limitations and related operational issues.

	(f)	Report on other meetings attended, if any.
