SANITARY DISTRICT #3 MEETING
April 20, 2010

The Sanitary District #3 Meeting was called to order by Chairman
Harold Manske.  Present were Chairman Manske, Commissioners Phyllis
Giese and LeRoy Schmitz, Town Clerk Patti Supple, and Town Treasurer
Jody Roffers.  Confirmation was made of open meeting notice.  Minutes
from the previous meeting were approved as presented.

The Resolution supporting the City of Fond du Lac opposition to
Proposed Revisions to NR 217 affecting sewer plant effluent standards
and limitations for phosphorous was reviewed.  Motion was made and
seconded to approve the Resolution as presented.  Motion carried.


Mr. Kleist still has not connected to the sewer lines.  He obtained a
permit on January 19, 2010 and had3 months to connect.  Since he has
not made the connection, the matter will be turned over to Attorney
Paul Rosenfeldt for action.

Perry Pritchard, Brian Balson and Tyler Balson will be doing the
inspections for the District starting in May or June.  Payment still
needs to be determined.

Motion was made and seconded to approve the Financial Report and
Payment of Bills.  Motion carried.

The next meeting will be scheduled as needed.

Motion was made and seconded to adjourn.  Motion carried.
