Public Hearing to Review Changes and Updates to Burning Ordinance and
Public Hearing Concerning Size and Location of Apartment Complexes


TOWN BOARD MONTHLY MEETING
(to commence immediately following the public hearings) 

1.	Meeting called to order.  Roll call.  Confirmation of open meeting
notice.
2.	Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting.
3.	Public comments. (Please Note:  This is the Town Board’s monthly
business meeting, not 	a public hearing.  People wishing to speak on
any agenda item should present their 	comments under this “Public
comments” agenda item.  However, while the Board can receive 	comments
on matters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take
action 	on these 	matters.)

4.	Audit presentation by Town auditor.
	
5.	Resolution approving changes and updates to the Burning Ordinance
including the addition 	of an outdoor woodburning furnace ordinance, a
fire department lockbox for business, 	and regulations for grills on
second floor balconies.

6.	Discussion only on size and location of apartment complexes.

7.	Status report on Town Water Utility Projects.	
8.	Discussion on updating Comprehensive Plan and compliance with new
Farmland 	Preservation law.		

9.	Update on stormwater permit activities.
10.	Review status of pending projects/negotiations/meetings attended.
11.	Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters.
12.	Review of Annexations.
13.	Update on road projects. 

14.	Approval of Certified Surveys and Plats.
15.	License Approvals (liquor license, etc.).
16.	Sanitary District Reports and Sewer Projects.
17.	Chairman’s/Clerk’s/Supervisor’s correspondence and meetings.
18.	Financial Report and Payment of Bills.
19.	Adjournment.
