1.	Meeting called to order.  Roll call.  Confirmation of open meeting
notice.
2.	Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting.
3.	Public comments.
4.	Resolution approving renovation plans for Ally’s Furniture.
5.	Resolution approving the following Town Water Utility project
issues:

a.	Distribution System Improvements Change Order No. CO-1600802-07 for
time extension.
b.	Brown Road Transmission Main Change Order No. CO-1600901-02 for
time extension.
c.	Distribution System Improvements Payment Request No. PR1600802-08
for Town & Country Underground Utility Construction, Inc.
d.	Brown Road Transmission Main Payment Request No. PR1600902-03 for
Town & Country Underground Utility Construction, Inc.
e.	Reconsideration of Distribution System Improvements Change Order
No. CO-1600802-06 for installing additional water main at the
northeast corner of the intersection of Brown Road and Esterbrook
Road.
f.	Status report on Water System Improvements project.

6.	Resolution approving purchase or lease of new Fire Department
truck.
7.	Resolution approving parking lot and lighting at Schmitty’s
Oarhouse.	
8.	Resolution approving amendment of Development Agreement for
Esterbrook Estates Addition I. 
9.	 Update on Harry Schmitz litigation (Note: The Town Board may
convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(g) to
confer with legal counsel who is providing advice relating to the
pending litigation.)
10.	Update on stormwater permit activities.
11.	Review status of pending projects/negotiations/meetings attended.
12.	Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters.
13.	Review of Annexations.
14.	Update on road projects.
15.	Approval of Certified Surveys and Plats.
16.	License Approvals (liquor license, etc.).
17.	Sanitary District Reports and Sewer Projects.
18.	Chairman’s/Clerk’s/Supervisor’s correspondence and meetings.
19.	Financial Report and Payment of Bills.
20.	Adjournment.
