PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Appeals of the Town of Fond du Lac will hold a public
hearing at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, on Wednesday, November
11, 2009 at 7:00 PM. The hearing is scheduled at the request of
Justin D. Clutter, pertaining to his residence location of W6768
Forest Avenue, Fond du Lac.
Mr. Clutter is requesting a variance to Town Ordinance 13-1-5(d)(3).
If granted, he would construct a 30’ x 14’ addition on the West side
of an existing 30’ x 18’ detached garage. The resulting 960 square
foot building would exceed the Town Ordinance limit.
Members of the Town Board may be in attendance at the hearing.
