3.	Public comments.	
4.	Discussion and possible action regarding Town Water Utility
projects:
(a)	Discussion and possible action on Contract Revision No. 9 to
Agreement for Engineering Services with Kaempfer & Associates, Inc.
for Water System Improvements;
(b)	Discussion and possible action regarding Brown Road Transmission
Main Change Order No. CO-1600901-01 for installing culvert under Brown
Road Elevated Storage Tank Driveway and reditching along Brown Road.
(c)	Status report on water system improvements project.
(d)	Discussion and possible action on Owner Approval letter for Fond
du Lac County Aeronautical Industrial park Water Main Extensions.
		(e)  Review and approval of Village of North Fond du Lac invoice for
water tower 			       expenses.
5.	Review and possible action on Final Plat for county Aeronautical
Industrial Park.
6.	Discussion and possible action regarding flashing outdoor sign for
Arby’s restaurant.
7.	Discussion and possible action regarding parking lot and lighting
at Schmitty’s Oarhouse.
8.	Review status of Mashuda settlement actions.
9.	Discussion and possible action regarding amendment of Development
Agreement for Esterbrook Estates Addition I. 
10.	Update on Clary/Mathweg lawsuit invoking Town Board “fence
viewing” jurisdiction. 
11.	Discussion and possible action on Harry Schmitz litigation (Note:
The Town Board may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats.
§19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel who is providing advice
relating to the pending litigation.)
12.	Update on stormwater permit activities.
13.	Review status of pending projects/negotiations/meetings attended.
14.	Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters.
15.	Review of Annexations.
