to complete punchlist items and provide project closeout
documentation.
(b)	Discussion and possible action regarding Industrial Park
Transmission Main Payment Request No. PR1600801-03 for Town & Country
Underground Utility Construction, Inc.
(c)	Discussion and possible action regarding Distribution System
Improvements Payment Request No. PR1600802-05 for Town & County
Underground Utility Construction, Inc.
(d)	Discussion and possible action regarding Distribution System
Improvements Change Order No. CO-1600802-05 for aggregate slurry
backfill for roadway crossings.
(e)	Discussion and possible action regarding Brown Road Transmission

Road Elevated Storage Tank Driveway.

and the Town of Fond du Lac to Provide Municipal Water Service to the

(h)	Discussion and possible action regarding the Lease of Real Estate
and Elevated Storage Tank.
