PUBLIC NOTICE of HEARING Published by Town of Fond du Lac Board of Appeals The Board of Appeals of the Town of Fond du Lac will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 7:00 PM. The hearing is scheduled at the request of Mr. Harold Pinno, W6682 Brown Road, Fond du Lac. Mr. Pinno is requesting a Special Exception as indicated in Town Ordinance 13-1-5(g)(4)i and a Variance to Ordinance 13-1-5(c)(3). If granted, Mr. Pinno would construct a 30’ x 50’ garage at the above address. The building would be positioned South and East of current structures and would be used for storage of personal equipment. Members of the Town Board may be in attendance at the hearing.
