Meeting called to order. Roll call. Confirmation of open meeting notice. 2. Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting. 3. Public comments. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed discontinuance of a portion of Garden Drive. 5. Discussion and possible action on intergovernmental agreement with City of Fond du Lac regarding the provision of emergency services in U.S. Highway 41 corridor. 6. Review and possible action regarding enforcement of Zoning Ordinance against Ben’s Budget Cab. 7. Status report on proposed expansion of water system on the west side of Town; discussion and possible action regarding: (a) approving pre-design engineering contract with Kaempfer & Associates, Inc. (b) new development impact fee ordinance; (c) amendment to North Fond du Lac Water Services Agreement; and (d) establishing date for public hearings on project. 8. Discussion and review of stormwater management report. 9. Review status of pending projects/negotiations. (a) Discussion and possible action regarding County Airport Industrial Park. (b) Review/discussion of Fondy Sports Complex development agreement. (c) Report on other meetings attended, if any. 10. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters. 11.
