TOWN BOARD MONTHLY MEETING


1.	Meeting called to order.  Roll call.  Confirmation of open meeting
notice.
2.	Reading/approval of minutes from previous meeting.
3.	Public comments. (Please Note:  This is the Town Board’s monthly
business meeting, not a public 	hearing.  People wishing to speak on
any agenda item should present their 	comments under this 	“Public
comments” agenda item.  However, while the Board can receive comments
on matters not 	included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take
action on these matters.)

4.	Resolutions approving Town Water Utility Projects:

(a)	Status report on Water Improvements project. 
(b)	Review/approve revised easements for chlorination building and
other water purposes.  

5.	Resolution approving Development Agreement with Westwind Villas,
LLC. 

6.	Resolution approving discontinuance of Roblee Drive. 

7.	Update on storm water permit activities.

8.	Review meetings attended by Town officials. 
9.	Discussion of pending Board of Appeals/Plan Commission matters.
10.	Chairman’s/Clerk’s/Supervisor’s correspondence and meetings.
11.	Financial Report and Payment of Bills.
12.	Adjournment.
